At Aura Spectacles, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all our customers. We partner with reputed logistics aggregators to ensure your eyewear reaches you safely.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & LAB TIME
Unlike standard products, prescription eyewear requires precision lab work. Our processing time is divided as follows:

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Once your order is dispatched from our Hyderabad studio, the following transit times apply:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2 - 4 Business Days.
- Rest of India: 4 - 7 Business Days.
- Remote Locations: 7 - 10 Business Days.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience fee of ₹50 may apply.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer direct international shipping through the website. Please contact our support team for special requests.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your spectacles are dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. This will include a tracking link and the name of the courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Delhivery, or Ecom Express).
5. FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- For Prepaid Orders: We will attempt one re-shipment free of cost after verifying the address.
- For COD Orders: Any further delivery attempt will require the order to be converted to Prepaid.
6. TRANSIT DAMAGES
All Aura Spectacles shipments are insured against damage. If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at query@webcodeco.com.
7. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Aura Spectacles observes national holidays. Lab processing and dispatches will not occur on these days, which may slightly extend delivery timelines. Key holidays include: Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti, Diwali, and Christmas.
